How does an Unlimited car wash membership work?
Sign up online in a couple of minutes and drive in. A camera reads your plate at the entrance, so there is no sticker, no card, and no stop at the cashier.

Pick your wash
Five tiers, $25 to $45 a month, and each one includes everything in the tier below it. Deluxe covers the undercarriage for winter; Ultimate adds wax and ceramic coating every visit.

Join online
Checkout takes your name, phone, email, license plate, and a card, and your account is created automatically. You are billed on the 1st, with your first month prorated.

Drive in
The camera reads your plate, the attendant preps your car by hand, and you go through. One wash a day, as many days as you like.

What are the membership terms?
Tied to one plate, one wash a day, billed on the 1st, cancel anytime online. There are no refunds for unused time, so cancel before the 1st if you do not want the next month.

- Your membership belongs to one vehicle, read by its license plate, and cannot be shared or moved between cars.
- One wash a day
- Come every day we are open; a second wash on the same day is charged at the regular single-wash price.
- Billed on the 1st, prorated to start
- Join mid-month and you pay only for the days left in that month, then the full monthly price on the 1st.
- No refunds for unused time
- Cancel mid-month and your membership stays active through the period you paid for, with no refund or credit for unused days.
- Cancel anytime, online
- Log in to the member portal and cancel, with no phone call, no visit, and no notice period.
- Prices can change
- Prices are set in our online portal and can change, and the portal price is the one that applies (full membership terms).
Can I give an Unlimited membership as a gift?
Yes. Prepaid memberships cover 3, 6, or 12 months of any tier, paid up front, and nothing bills after that. They are the right gift for a new driver, a commuter, or anyone who never gets around to washing the car.
A prepaid membership is still tied to one license plate, so you will need the plate number of the car it is for.

How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Log in to the member portal to update your card, see your billing, and cancel. Changes take effect right away. If you get stuck, email southtowncarwashes@gmail.com or ask the cashier.

Is a membership worth it if I only wash a couple of times a month?
If you wash more than a couple of times a month, it usually is. At two washes a month a wash book is the better fit: six washes for the price of five, used whenever you like. Many people start with a book, see how often they actually come in, and switch to Unlimited.
Do I need a sticker or a tag?
No. Our camera reads your license plate. Make sure the plate on the car matches the one on your account.
Can I use one membership on two cars?
No. Each membership is tied to one vehicle’s plate. A second car needs its own membership, at the same monthly price.
What happens if I get a new car or a new plate?
Tell us and we will move your membership to the new plate. Ask the cashier on your next visit or email southtowncarwashes@gmail.com.
Can I wash more than once a day?
Your membership covers one wash per day. If you want a second wash the same day, the cashier can ring it up at the regular single-wash price.
What if the wash is closed for weather or a holiday?
Memberships run by the calendar month, so a closed day is not credited back. We keep closures to the days we have to, mainly extreme cold, major holidays, and the occasional repair, and we post every one at the top of this site and on Facebook.
How do I cancel?
Log in to the member portal and cancel. It takes a minute, and no one will ask you to call or come in. Your membership stays active through the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
Not right now. If you will be away for a while, the simplest option is to cancel before the 1st and rejoin when you are back. Your plate and account stay in the system.
